Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At BC LTD., we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys

Requirements:

  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • Work under pressure and client focus
  • Flexibility and team player
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
