Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifaceted Building Superintendent Lead to join our team at Medallion Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Maintenance: Oversees the coordination of all work necessary to maintain the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and free from hazards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Serves legal documentation related to non-payment of rent and Landlord-Tenant litigation as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Compactor Room Management: Ensures compactor bins are changed as required, reports mechanical deficiencies in writing, and maintains a clean and organized room.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning Duties: Performs daily cleaning duties to ensure the building and site are kept clean and tidy.
  • Hallway and Stairwell Maintenance: Replaces burnt-out light bulbs, repairs common area deficiencies, and ensures hallways and stairwells are well-maintained.
Exterior Daily Inspection:
  • Front and Rear Exits: Sweeps and removes litter and debris from front and rear exits and exterior parking area.
  • Light Bulb Replacement: Changes all light bulbs as required.
  • Snow and Ice Removal: Keeps all entrances and exits clear of snow and ice.
General Responsibilities:
  • Master Keys: Responsible for master keys in their possession, not distributing them under any circumstances except in emergencies.
  • Incident Reporting: Fills out incident reports whenever using master keys for emergencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Supervisory Experience: Experience supervising and motivating people.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
  • Mechanical Background: Familiar with computers (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel) and has a mechanical background.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
