Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Ensure Safety and Quality
Confirm that all necessary safety measures are in place on-site and work closely with the safety department to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Manage Project SchedulesDevelop and implement project schedules, working closely with site superintendents and other internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Oversee SubcontractorsSelect and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet the required standards for quality and safety.
Generate ReportsProduce weekly reports detailing key milestones and progress on projects.
Foster CollaborationAttend regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements- Leadership Experience
At least 15 years of experience as a site superintendent or project manager, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Technical KnowledgeAdvanced understanding of construction specifications, drawings, and trade disciplines.
Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
