Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager - Aftermarket Pumps

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a seasoned industrial sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager for Aftermarket Pumps. This role offers a unique blend of autonomy, support, and growth opportunities in a dynamic and global industry leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the region, driving demand for our products and services.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to increase revenue spend per account and achieve revenue targets.
  • Expand and penetrate existing accounts, develop new business, and win back former customers.
  • Prospect and research leads, conduct cold calls, and meet with customer and prospect contacts at all organizational levels.
  • Closing sales and identifying core account groups to enable the region to function at capacity.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of industrial sales experience with technical product aptitude and the ability to develop subject matter expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales hunting and developing new business in similar market/customer base for aftermarket products.
  • Solid lead research and lead generation experience.
  • Experience with rotating equipment, ideally pumps (API 610 pumps), is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling to the Oil & Gas or Power Utility industries is highly preferred.
