About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator/Social Media Manager to join our team at Accor Hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that aligns with our brand while being current and on-trend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content including copy, photos, and videos for our website, social media, digital, and print advertising.
  • Develop and execute a social media calendar across all organic social channels.
  • Own communication between brand and hotel of social media and content best practices.
  • Drive consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
  • Support the development of content calendars ensuring timely postings that align with brand campaigns and key seasonal events.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, journalism, or public relations; OR
  • A minimum of four (4) years of professional writing, copyediting, and proofreading experience or experience in a communications-related field; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Exemplary writing and editing skills, experience with social media and graphic design.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe programs including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Video production and video editing skills is preferred and considered a key asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, must demonstrate strong collaborative skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
