About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Kings of Media Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the long-term sustainability of our organization.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to our leadership team, ensuring that our organization's financial goals are aligned with our overall business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Human Resources Planning
    • Develop and implement human resources plans, ensuring that our organization has the necessary talent and skills to achieve its goals.
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

Requirements
  • Education
