Our Business Model

We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Join Our Team

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, donors, and other team members.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including receiving and processing donations, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and promoting our products and services.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
