Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Spurmack Calendars. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services to customers, and building strong relationships with them.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Store Operations: Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing other tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: Previous retail sales experience is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
