Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on experience, reflecting the competitive wages offered by CTG.

 

Job Description

As a Home and Community Physiotherapist with Closing the Gap Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in their own homes and within the community. This role requires a skilled professional who can build relationships, work independently, and contribute to a positive team culture.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must have:

  • Current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A valid Driver's License (G2/G) and reliable insured vehicle
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check
  • Possession of an ADP Authorizer (preferable)
