Join Safran Landing Systems as a Configuration Management Operations Lead and take on a key role in implementing and supporting Configuration Management (CM) activities across the organization.
About the RoleThis position is part of a global team responsible for implementing and supporting CM across Safran Landing Systems. As a Configuration Management Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of CM processes at both the local and global level, providing expert advice to the engineering team and other functions, and overseeing the training, promotion, and oversight of CM processes at the site level.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of CM processes at both the local and global level.
- Provide expert advice to the engineering team and other functions.
- Oversee the training, promotion, and oversight of CM processes at the site level.
- Work with the transverse CM engineering teams to define and manage the global CM process implementation plan.
- Ensure new processes for Safran Landing Systems are consistent with OneSafran and consider all our customers.
- Coordinate CM process problems fixing and manage the communication internally.
- Work with the PLM support network to ensure ongoing support of PLM4.0 and subsequent evolutions of the tool.
- Sound knowledge of configuration management operations, procedures, and activities.
- An understanding of planning activity and risk management principles.
