Job Title: Senior Quality Control Team Lead

Job Summary:

Sun Pharma is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Control Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of quality control analysts to ensure the quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to quality control analysts to ensure accurate and compliant testing.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures and training materials.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including cGMP and FDA guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
