Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff, including training and mentoring, to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
