Culinary Specialist

Copper Hospitality Inc is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, determining the size of food portions and costs, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Work SettingThis role is based in a restaurant setting, where you will work with a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience.

- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field. You will also need to be physically demanding and able to work under pressure.
