Job Title: Culinary Specialist

Thai Smile Cuisine Ltd is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
