Job Title: Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives for our existing product portfolio, as well as assisting in the launch and integration of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support B2B sales for our products
  • Work closely with the Medical Marketing Director to understand the business and clinical aspects of the market
  • Provide executive summary reports, competitive analysis, and ROI for all projects
  • Conduct ongoing customer, market, and competitive analysis
  • Develop and maintain all collateral for the portfolio
  • Manage product collateral portfolio through SharePoint and customer portal
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing
  • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Superior organizational ability with extreme attention to detail
  • Demonstrated creativity, situation analysis/problem solving skills, and analytical skills
  • Strong technical skills; Microsoft office with advanced excel and numerical analysis
  • Adobe experience
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – ability to build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
