Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Senior Product Designer to join our team at tbk Creative, an award-winning full-service agency based in London, Ontario. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented designer to take on a senior role and drive business growth through innovative product design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies that meet client goals and exceed expectations. They will also be expected to lead client consultations, conduct thorough research and analysis, and collaborate with team members to produce exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead client consultations to determine client objectives and KPIs, and provide strategic consulting to drive business growth.
  2. Develop and execute design strategies that meet client goals and exceed expectations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to back every design decision, ensuring the creation of research-informed user journey maps, site maps, CRO recommendations, and wireframes.
  4. Collaborate with team members to produce exceptional design solutions, including sitemaps, user journey flows, and wireframes for new projects.
Requirements
  1. A portfolio or case studies demonstrating your process and strategic thinking required.
  2. 5+ years of experience with an entrepreneurial mindset, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Excellent knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practices.
  4. Experience designing for business software, web, and mobile technology, with a focus on B2B and B2C solutions.
  5. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software).
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to provide a rationale for recommendations.
  7. A positive and resilient personality, open to feedback and eager for continuous improvement.
  8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects of varying timelines, complexity, and scope.
