Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,780 - $130,423 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working conditions.

Job Description

The Lead, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will play a key role in ensuring the ongoing operationalization of equitable practice in all aspects of our work, both internally and externally. This includes collaborating with senior leadership to monitor our DEI strategy and embed DEI principles into the organization.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including thought leaders, industry groups, and internal teams, to advance our DEI vision and action plans.

Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor CPAC's DEI strategy and ensure alignment with our values and objectives.
  • Embed DEI principles into the organization, driving transformative change and positioning CPAC as a leader in DEI excellence.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the annual DEI Roadmap planning and implementation.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant area of study or a relevant mix of experience, skills, and education.
  • Understanding of and experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles and best practices.
  • Education and/or experience working with or advancing the needs of underserved populations.
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with experience in areas that require high levels of cultural and political sensitivity.
