Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 8940002 Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Hire and Train New Staff: Recruit, interview, and train new sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Retail Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
