We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working in our Service Center, where you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast-paced front-line customer service, responding to inquiries, complaints, and anticipating customer needs.
  • Be the first point of contact with customers, documenting information and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, providing information based on Intact's standards and procedures.
  • Interpret, check, and update various documents and data for business lines, confirming accuracy and identifying issues or errors.
  • Document and direct inquiries and assignments to appropriate individuals or units.
  • Perform routine administrative functions, such as file processing, as requested by the Service Center Manager.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a total of 35 hours per week within our Service Center operating hours.
  • Ability to work on-site at our Service Center in North-East Calgary.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license, with a clean driving record, and ability to drive automatic and manual transmission.
  • Able to assist with Valet duties, including washing vehicles, vehicle deliveries, and valeting vehicles for our Rely vendors.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Legendary customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with and solve problems involving specific parameters in standardized situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Team player with ability to share job responsibilities of others when called on.
  • Knowledge of Insurance is an asset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office products.
