Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at North Nechako Foods. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
