About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Cybersecurity and IAM to join our Cybersecurity team at National Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value-added services to the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 12 professionals with expertise in IAM to achieve strategic targets and gather stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to define strategic targets and gather stakeholder needs.
  • Develop the business services roadmap and ensure the prioritization of initiatives using the Safe Agile methodology.
  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business services, including monitoring processes and producing progress and risk indicators.
  • Define and develop business cases for funding initiatives and work closely with technology delivery teams to ensure the execution of IAM.
  • Oversee controls, monitor operations, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
