Utilizing your expertise in IAM and strategic vision, you will play a key role in promoting and implementing this vision across all areas of the Bank.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilize a team of approximately 12 professionals who are experts in IAM.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to define strategic targets and gather stakeholder needs.
- Develop the business services roadmap and ensure the prioritization of initiatives using the Safe Agile methodology.
- Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business services, including monitoring processes and producing progress and risk indicators.
- Define and develop business cases for funding initiatives and work closely with technology delivery teams to ensure the execution of IAM.
- Oversee controls, monitor operations, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

The IT team consists of over 2,300 experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma related to the sector of activity and 3 years of relevant experience.
