About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Cybersecurity and IAM to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for delivering high-value-added services to the organization.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals who will collaborate with our internal partners to promote and implement our IAM vision across all areas of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobilize a team of approximately 12 professionals who are experts in IAM.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to define strategic targets and gather stakeholder needs.
  • Develop the business services roadmap and ensure the prioritization of initiatives using the Safe Agile methodology.
  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business services, including monitoring processes and producing progress and risk indicators.
  • Define and develop business cases for funding initiatives and work closely with technology delivery teams to ensure the execution of IAM.
  • Oversee controls, monitor operations, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or other diploma related to the sector of activity and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a cybersecurity operational or delivery environment.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Experience with user experience concepts, metrics, and adoption.
  • Experience in producing documentation in a business and user language.
