Project Management Overview
This position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery. They will also be expected to develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, coordinate resources, and manage budgets.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage project execution and ensure successful completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
3. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and resource plan.
4. Manage project budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.
5. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the project team.
8. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and success.

Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in electrical contracting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
5. Familiarity with project management tools and software, including MS Office and scheduling applications.
6. Knowledge of electrical contracting principles and practices, including safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
