We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Work Global Canada Inc. As a Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for testing and observing the electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment, troubleshooting and repairing electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Test and observe the electrical and mechanical conditions of equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electric motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment
- Use machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts
- Replace or recondition shafts, bearings, commutators, and other components
- Instruct apprentices
- Wind, assemble, and install various types of coils
- Perform static or dynamic balancing of armatures or rotors
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform some machining to recondition or modify shafts, commutators, or other parts

Experience and Qualifications
This role requires 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field of industrial electrical maintenance. You must have expertise in electric motors, transformers, switchgears, rotors, shafts, bearings, coils, and switches.
