About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at R&D Developments Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for maintenance and cleaning services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and flexibility.
  • Initiative, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work independently is essential.
