Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the bakery department
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and achieve company goals
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the bakery area
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably in a baking or food service setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including sanitation, equipment maintenance, and product preparation
