About Gurbaring Contracting Ltd.

We are a leading landscape contracting company seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and golf courses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage costs for landscape projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, applying fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and pesticides as needed.
  • Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting treatment solutions to maintain healthy lawns and gardens.
  • Assess the health of lawns and diagnose problems and diseases in trees and shrubs.
  • Direct crews who maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes.
  • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses, and other purposes.
  • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, including trees and shrubs.
  • Develop and implement landscape construction projects, including fieldstone paths, interlocking brick, poured concrete, and retaining walls.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscape needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscape maintenance and construction.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or construction.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
