About the Client
Our client is a well-respected developer based in Downtown Vancouver who specializes in multifamily projects, including condos and townhomes.
About the Role:
The Senior Sales Administrator manages onsite and offsite contract workflows and contract administration to ensure legal document accuracy. This position also provides customer service and communicates with lawyers during project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle contract-related project inquiries by email and phone.
2. Audit incoming contract deals, including follow-up and communication with developers to provide reports and inventory counts.
3. Create courtesy and closing letters and distribute by mail and email.
4. Follow up with lawyer homeowners and developers to gather closing information and documents.
5. Document and flag problematic units, coordinating between developers and lawyers.
6. Assist the conveyancer with communication between lawyers and brokers.
7. Handle home warranty and building property management inquiries.
Requirements:
1. 1 year of experience in real estate.
2. 2 years of customer service experience.
3. 2-3 years of office work experience.
4. Work experience as a sales coordinator.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fully aware of the real estate market as it pertains to each of our sites and provide ideas to improve sales.
Fully understand and familiar with REDMA in regards to creating disclosures and contracts of purchase and sale in conjunction with our lawyers.
Fully familiar with assignments and MLS documents.
Ability to help with the in-house team to create floor plans and feature sheets.
Proficient with Spark and Docusign.
A real estate license would be an asset.
Familiar with and able to build a pricing module for either a high-rise or low-rise and keep it updated as necessary.
Ability to build market study/competition binders for all our sites.
Ensure the sales admin team is on track with new community launches and closing requirements for all sites and ensure they are kept up-to-date with weekly meetings.
Proficient with writing legal and business letters to respond to complaints and purchaser emails.
Ability to make decisions quickly.
Troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in an ever-changing working environment.
