About the Role

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our clients' projects, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare regular project progress reports, including site instructions, change orders, and subcontract documentation.
  • Participate in tender and contract preparation, working closely with the Estimator to assemble bids, track inquiries, and requests for pricing.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and conduct basic safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Compile and submit close-out documents, prepare certificates of completion, and arrange for certificates of publication.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, communications, email correspondence, and document preparation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of industry experience in a coordinator role, specifically within Water and Sewer construction.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and online.
  • Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience working with AutoCAD and 3D models.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and a basic understanding of MS Project.
  • Proven ability to understand construction contract terminology.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
