About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Demand For HR. As a licensed insurance agent, you will be responsible for understanding customer insurance needs and providing insurance solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote and sell insurance home and auto policies to new and existing customers
  • Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Service existing customers by updating their policies to meet their changing needs and provide new products as required
  • Drive strong customer retention by providing a world-class customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on underwriting and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

  • College diploma or university degree
  • Sales and customer service experience is ideal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused and ability to match products to customer needs
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize work
  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software applications

What We Offer:

  • Base salary starting at $50,000
  • Up to 10% annual bonus
