Restaurant Operations Manager

At Shawnigan Jen's Sushi & Teriyaki, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in analyzing budgets, monitoring revenues, and supervising staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
- Monitoring revenues to determine labor costs
- Supervising staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Planning and organizing daily operations to meet customer demands
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
