Operations Director - Imperial Immigration and Recruitment Inc.

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our team at Imperial Immigration and Recruitment Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position
  • 30-35 hours per week
  • English language
