About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations.

  • Coordinate access and use of computer networks to ensure seamless connectivity and data transfer.
  • Maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software to optimize performance and security.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to meet business needs.
  • Perform routine network start up and close down, and maintain control records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency and scalability.
  • Supervise technical staff and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of networking software and hardware.
