As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business results, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Partner with the Store Manager to create and implement business strategies, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer needs to provide exceptional customer service and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement employee development plans, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety, customer service, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar role at a natural wellness or health-focused retailer.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Passion for natural wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
