Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness in Sevenoaks. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading and developing team members, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Attract, hire, and train top talent, engage and develop team members, and create a succession strategy to ensure business continuity.
  • Business Growth and Results: Partner with the Store Manager to create annual and quarterly strategic plans, drive revenue and comp growth, and achieve key KPIs.
  • Customer Experience: Uphold presentation standards, assess and action merchandising opportunities, and cultivate an environment of excellent customer service.
  • Community Outreach: Take a proactive and innovative approach to growing the business through community outreach and partnerships.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Retail Experience: Deep understanding of the retail environment and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Passion for wellness and ability to educate customers on our unique formulations.
  • Community Building: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and community members.
