  • Serve as a change agent and champion for product management, fostering a culture of innovation and guiding larger appreciation for the role of product management in the success of building data products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 10+ years of proven experience in data-driven and evidence-based product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • 5+ years in leadership product roles at Director level.
  • Experience hiring and managing individual contributors and managers.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to various audiences, including senior executive audiences.
  • Experience with data, analytics, or AI-related areas.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities to guide consensus and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, specifically in data products.
