Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Johnston Group Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance to business leaders and employees, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive employee engagement, culture, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders and employees to drive business success
  • Align HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and performance
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role
  • Bachelor's Degree or Human Resources Certificate (CPHR preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
