Job Title: Baker - Retail

Sammy's Pizza Parlor is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory treats.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products.
  • Ensure that all products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
