Bakery Helper Job Description

Mang Pedro's Bakery is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bakery Helper to join our team. As a Bakery Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mixing of dough
  • Operate machinery and equipment to produce baked goods
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production demands
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
  • Ability to work overtime as required
