The ideal candidate will have at least two years of baking/pastry work experience, completion of a designated culinary school, and excellent English language communication skills. They will be organized, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and possess an eye for detail.

As a Pastry Cook at Toptable Group, you will have the opportunity to learn from one of the best chefs in the city, work with exceptional seasonal products, and contribute to creating high-quality desserts that exceed customer expectations.

Our shops offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, and competitive compensation. We also provide extended health benefits after six months of employment and tip pooling.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned daily prep items with fresh ingredients, creating bread, cakes, and viennoise under the direction of the Pastry Chef, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also sample ingredients, mix, and finish products to ensure quality and created flavor profiles meet standards.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This position will remain open until filled, but we encourage candidates to apply as soon as possible.
