Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and respond to escalated customer concerns and complaints
  • Liaise with the Ombudsman's office to resolve customer concerns related to claims handling and settlement
  • Act as a primary contact for various distribution channels to resolve claims issues and concerns
  • Track customer complaints, NPS stats, and gaps in coverage and product
  • Provide reporting and trending on customer experience and cancellation sources to the leadership team
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the member experience
  • Complete new claim intake process through telephone contact or written contact with members

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education completed and equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Insurance claims experience required
  • CIP designation preferred
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
