Job Title: Doping Control Officer - Level 1

The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Doping Control Officer (DCO) - Level 1 on a part-time casual employment basis. As a DCO, you will be responsible for implementing the Canadian Anti-Doping Program (CADP) and ensuring the integrity of Canadian sport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct urine and blood sample collection sessions in-competition and out-of-competition
  • Lead Level 1 doping control missions in accordance with the CADP
  • Provide leadership, training, and evaluation to chaperones as required
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Attributes:
  • Sport knowledge and experience
  • Previous anti-doping experience
