Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Folded Architectural Finishes Ltd. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the construction site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the construction site by clearing debris, leveling earth, and setting up scaffolding and other equipment.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Assist skilled tradespeople in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning up spills, removing rubble, and disposing of waste.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, and attention to detail.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and ear plugs.
