Job Summary

We are looking for experienced hair stylists who can deliver high-quality blowouts and styling services to our clients. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional blowout and styling services to clients
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Blo's high standards of sanitation and safety
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and education classes provided by Blo's Artistic Director

Requirements

* 1 year minimum experience as a hair stylist or equivalent experience
* Strong understanding of blow drying and styling techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Availability to work every weekend

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $25-$35 per hour, which includes gratuities and commission. Additionally, you will receive all tools and dryers provided by Blo, opportunities for growth and development, and a fun and supportive work environment.
