Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Pas. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Standing for extended periods and physical demands of the job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
