Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen, Pas. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and hire food service staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and prepare and submit reports.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that customers receive a positive experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
