Office Coordinator Position Available

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Jugteg Enterprises LTD.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, ensuring seamless communication and administrative support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine and implement efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of meetings and deadlines.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
- Analyze data, compile statistics, and provide reports to support business decisions.
- Procure office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure optimal stock management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, and responding to their queries.
- Prepare, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to high standards.
- A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- This is an on-site position; remote work options are not available.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of technology applications.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office software.
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
