Senior Digital Engineering Manager for High-Performance Silicon IP

We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Engineering Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge technologies that power the Era of Smart Everything. The Role
As a Senior Digital Engineering Manager, you'll oversee the development and implementation process of internal engineering products and services involving cross-functional design teams. You'll identify necessary resources to achieve timely deliverables, drive problem resolution through fact-based judgment, and manage risk and change from conception to delivery.
Your Impact
You'll play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of our Silicon IP business by integrating more functionalities into SoCs swiftly and efficiently. You'll contribute to the development of technologies that drive innovations in self-driving cars, AI, the cloud, 5G, and IoT.
What We Offer
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on your experience. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings, including health, wellness, and financial benefits. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team focused on digital component of Mixed-Signal semiconductor Intellectual Property (MSIP).
Requirements
- MSEE or BSEE (or equivalent) degree plus a minimum of 5 years of digital design and verification experience in the industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of integrated circuit design and design verification.
- Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs and knowledge of digital design methodologies, ATE production testing, DFT insertion, synthesis constraints, and flows.
- Scripting experience in Shell, Perl, Python, or TCL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction between different design groups and customer support teams.
- Proficiency in navigating, manipulating files, and using tools in a Linux environment.
