Are you passionate about working on cutting-edge technologies that shape the future? As a Senior Application Engineer at Synopsys, you will be responsible for driving various customer engagements across multiple IP product lines with customer-specific feature sets and schedule requirements. Your primary focus will be on developing solutions for customers' chip designs using the Synopsys IP portfolio, spanning from 2nm to 28nm processes.

We design next-generation processes and models needed to manufacture those chips, enabling our customers to optimize chips for power, cost, and performance.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customers to develop and implement technical solutions for complex SoC projects.
  • Your expertise in IC design and verification will be crucial in articulating the business and technical value of our solutions and products to senior managers and technical decision makers.
  • You will be responsible for positioning our technical solutions in competitive situations and liaising between worldwide technical, marketing, and sales leaders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of a relevant Bachelor's degree with at least 12+ years of relevant experience or a relevant master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical background in IC design and verification.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Experience and understanding of technical requirements and applications for at least one major semiconductor IP product line or specialization area.
  • Prior experience or technical familiarity with interface and connectivity protocols.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $220,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
